We are seeking a skilled Conference Producer to join our team at RX Global, a global leader in events and exhibitions. As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for building and managing the content across all theatres, requiring excellent research and communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to create compelling programmes tailored to specific audience personas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop the content strategy and plan for all events within the portfolio, utilising customer insights, needs, and behaviours.
- Generate high-quality, research-based conference agendas and event formats to meet the needs of different visitor personas/audience segments.
- Identify, secure, and manage high-profile speakers from leading end-user organisations.
- Collaborate with conference sponsors and their customers to ensure the objectives of both exhibitors and visitors are met.
- Contribute to the content marketing strategy and tactics for the event by helping to create compelling content.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand the needs of the exhibitor customer to identify sponsorship and new product opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with the publishing community along with internal stakeholders in marketing, sales, and operations.
- Previous experience in Conference production.
- Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills.
- Previous experience in researching new markets and delivering top-level programs to tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- True team player with effective people management skills.
