About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join RX Global as a Conference Producer in our Chemical Portfolio. Our events deliver exceptional experiences across Europe, Asia, and Latin America, including in-cosmetics Global, in-cosmetics Asia, in-cosmetics Korea, in-cosmetics Latin America, and ChemSpec.

As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for building and managing the content across all theatres. This requires excellent research and communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to create compelling programmes tailored to specific audience personas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing content strategies and plans for all events within the portfolio
  • Generating high-quality, research-based conference agendas and event formats to meet the needs of different visitor personas/audience segments
  • Identifying, securing, and managing high-profile speakers from leading end-user organisations
  • Collaborating with conference sponsors and their customers to ensure the objectives of both exhibitors and visitors are met
  • Contributing to the content marketing strategy and tactics for the event by helping to create compelling content
  • Collaborating with the sales team to understand the needs of the exhibitor customer to identify sponsorship and new product opportunities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Conference production
  • Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Previous experience in researching new markets and delivering top-level programs to tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
