About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker Team Lead to join our team at Break Charity. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of residential support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to young people.
