As a key player in the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, Metro Rod operates a 24/7 emergency service from its South Norfolk base, covering Norfolk and part of Suffolk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to high-profile commercial and domestic clients, ensuring a delighted experience and a willingness to recommend the company's service. Key responsibilities include operating High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment, carrying out surveys, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.

• High pressure water jetting and CCTV Surveying qualifications or experience equivalent
• A positive, flexible, can-do attitude
• Full UK driving licence
