Job Summary:

Kenneth Brian Associates Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized Maintenance Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for planning and managing engineers' daily work schedules, ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage engineers' daily work schedules, including reactive and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Perform general administration tasks, such as data entry, filing, and sending contracts.
  • Provide first-line customer assistance, including answering queries and resolving issues.
  • Upload and allocate documents to online systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage diaries and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Allocate and schedule work for engineers, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in scheduling or operations would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Proficient in IT systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • GCSE level education or equivalent, with a strong focus on numeracy and literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
