  • Plan and manage engineers' daily work schedules, including reactive and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Perform general administration tasks, such as data entry, filing, and sending contracts.
  • Provide first-line customer assistance, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Upload and allocate documents to online systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Manage online systems, including scheduling and allocating work for engineers.
  • Coordinate with engineers to ensure smooth and efficient maintenance operations.

Requirements:
