Job Title: National Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at NJR Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing designated retailer accounts, driving business growth, and developing strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop existing retailer relationships to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a National Account Manager role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong relationships with key retailers and a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
