Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of designated retailer accounts, including budget and P&L responsibility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer contacts through effective communication and negotiation.
- Identify and maximise sales opportunities through market analysis and sales forecasting.
- Plan and manage retailers' range and promotional calendars to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Provide detailed sales vs. budget reports and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Proven experience at NAM level, working with retailer accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with retailer contacts.
- Ability to lead meetings and provide presentations to stakeholders.
- Customer-focused and committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Highly self-motivated, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work to high levels of accuracy.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create effective presentations and reports.
