About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Holiday Support Specialist to join our team at Love Holidays. As a key member of our On Holiday Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients during their holiday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers experiencing issues during their holiday
  • Work closely with customers to resolve complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
