Job Title: Lettings Property Manager

About the Role:

Hooray Works Ltd is seeking a skilled Lettings Property Manager to join our team. As a Lettings Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Ensure properties meet the latest health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and property inspections to ensure smooth tenancy transitions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lettings or property management is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are required.
  • First-class communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • A full UK driving license and use of a suitable vehicle are required for property visits.
