Lettings Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Property Manager to join our team at Hooray Works Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and property inspections to ensure seamless transitions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lettings or property management is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail are crucial.
  • First-class communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • A full UK driving license and use of a suitable vehicle are necessary for regular property visits.
