Property Maintenance Officer Role Overview

At County Rents, we are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Responsibilities

* Identify and resolve maintenance issues and hazards in a timely and efficient manner
* Conduct minor repairs and eliminate hazards as necessary
* Provide effective liaison between tenants and our service centre
* Upload reports and condition videos in a timely manner
* Assist with ad hoc queries from the business and tenants
* Participate in an on-call rota as required

Requirements

* Positive and flexible approach to all works
* Quick and logical thinking
* Problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive approach to any scenario
* Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and trades
