We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor to join our team in the Cambridge region. As a tutor, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver high-quality training programs, mentor and coach apprentices, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering training sessions to meet awarding body standards
  • Mentoring and coaching apprentices to achieve their goals
  • Supporting apprentices with their learning needs and providing additional learning support
  • Recording and reporting on apprentice progress and achievements
  • Participating in quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Early Childhood Education, Education, etc.)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in further education or occupational competency of Level 5 Early Years (Management)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
