Digital Device Repair Apprenticeships Lead

Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme

Salary: £38,122 - £48,311 per annum (plus a £5,000 annual salary supplement)

Bonus Scheme: 5% annual bonus

About the Job
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting new apprentices from employer accounts, schools, and colleges.
  • Deliver high-quality digital device repair training programs, using expert assessment techniques and underpinning knowledge.
  • Work closely with local employers to ensure the highest standards of apprenticeship delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A strong background in digital device repair, preferably with experience in training or assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A keen understanding of the local employment market and the needs of local businesses.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours if required.
