Job Title: Senior Digital Assessment Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme

Salary: £43,121 - £53,311 per annum (including a £5,000 annual salary supplement)

Bonus Scheme: 5% annual bonus

About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Assessment Specialist to develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers.
  • The successful candidate will deliver high-quality digital device repair apprenticeships by conducting workplace assessments and providing underpinning knowledge at level 3.
  • Key responsibilities include recruitment of new apprentices through employer accounts, schools/colleges, and events.
  • The role requires completion of project information, including Initial Assessment and Individual Learning Plans.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of relevant industrial experience within the digital repair sector.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Possessing a keen eye for detail and ability to problem-solve.
  • Familiarity with employer pension schemes, such as the Local Government Pension Scheme.
