Medical Imaging Systems Field Service Engineer

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of advanced CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the South East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on high-value medical imaging equipment.
- Install and commission new systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance technical expertise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment, preferably in a medical or industrial setting.
- Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or a related technical discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence, with a clean driving record.
