Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of advanced CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repair of high-value capital equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  2. Install and commission new Medical Imaging Systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to service requests and resolving complex technical issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and manufacturer training, ensuring expertise in Medical Imaging Systems.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment, preferably in a medical or industrial setting.
  2. Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or a related technical discipline.
  3. Excellent customer service skills, with a confident and professional demeanor in customer-facing environments.
  4. Flexible approach, with a determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
  5. Full UK driving license.
