Job Title: Medical Field Service Engineer, CT Imaging Systems

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team in Berkshire and Surrey. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems.
  2. Installation and repair of high-value capital equipment.
  3. Providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
  4. Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and industry developments.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment.
  2. Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or another relevant technical discipline.
  3. Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments.
  4. Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
  5. Full UK driving licence.
