**Job Title:** Patient Flow Specialist - ICU
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Patient Flow Specialist in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at North Metro Knoxville Medical. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating patient care and ensuring seamless transitions between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient assignments and transfers within the ICU
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
About the Role:
This is a full-time position, working night shifts. You will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements:
