Teaching Personnel is collaborating with schools in the Scunthorpe area to find a dedicated SEN Education Specialist. As an SEN Education Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with children who have SEN and SEMH needs to provide tailored support.
  • Engage with young individuals who face various obstacles in their learning journey.
  • Inspire hope for a brighter future.



Requirements:

  • A strong commitment to and understanding of safeguarding.
  • Experience in effectively engaging with young individuals, even when they present complex and challenging behaviors.
  • Availability for at least three days a week.
  • Access to personal transportation and the ability to travel within a 15-mile radius.
