Construction Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Technician to join our team at Edinburgh College. The successful candidate will provide technical support across the college, ensuring the provision of a quality teaching and learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Construction, with a formal trade qualification desirable. You must also demonstrate good ICT and communication skills, with industry experience an advantage.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance of equipment, including regular stocktaking and record keeping. You will also assist in training and supervision of new technicians and work experience students.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Technician to work cross-campus and facilitate bespoke training across Edinburgh and the Lothians.
