Job Summary

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with training colleagues, communicating messages in team 'huddles', and ensuring product availability meets customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with training colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Communicate messages to the team in regular 'huddles' to keep them informed about key issues and initiatives.
  • Plan and manage overtime and holiday shifts to ensure product availability meets customer demands.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be over 18 years old and have a strong desire to learn and develop your skills in retail leadership. You should be naturally friendly, have an enthusiastic approach to learning new skills, and be a strong coach, mentor, and motivator for your team.

Salary Information
