Job Summary
As a HR Business Strategist, you will be working with our client's HR function to provide specialist support across the business. The role involves working with different levels of the line of business, across various functions, and at varying levels of seniority, including Functional/Business Unit Directors.

You will have the opportunity to work on mega projects and programmes, sharing your knowledge and best practice along the way. This role is ideal for those looking to enhance their functional and business partnering skills and knowledge.

The salary range for this position is around £50k + benefits. You will receive relocation support packages, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Working across the business and within the sector, collaborating with leaders, management, and other partners to deploy coordinated, business-oriented solutions in line with our client's people strategy.
  • Identifying and leading all people and organisation requirements for the business area and delivering integrated solutions.
  • Managing and delivering the full HR life cycle, including talent management, resourcing, strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, reward, and HR policy and processes.


Requirements:
  • Experience working in a HR Advisor role in a large department or within a large organisation.
  • Experience interfacing with a senior leadership team and helping to develop and influence the organisation's people strategy.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at different levels.
