**Job Overview:**

This senior leadership role provides a unique opportunity to represent the Quality Function at a strategic level, engaging with the business across various areas. The position involves developing a deep understanding of IT architecture, quality systems, and technologies, as well as emerging trends.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

About the Role:

The Senior Quality Manager will be responsible for capturing business demands across the Quality Function portfolio, rationalizing these demands, and delivering high-quality solutions through strong leadership of available resources.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a broad understanding of the business IT architecture, quality function systems, and technologies, partnering with leaders in these areas to support the quality systems and technology roadmap.
  • Responsible for project management of maintenance and technology projects, including acquiring funding and associated reporting, project development, launching, and implementation.
  • Owns and is responsible for the development of the functions' technology roadmap, communicating its development to stakeholders while ensuring it's underpinned by appropriate funding streams and endorsement.
  • Provide a robust training and development structure to ensure team members excel and thrive in delivery.

Your Skills and Experience:

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, applying skills and knowledge to complex problems.
  • Previous experience from a manufacturing, defence, IT discipline, or large corporate environment, degree-qualified, and/or a member of a professional institute.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills and experience, strong analytical skills.
  • Experienced in developing business cases for winning purposes, risk, and contingency management.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

  • Information management and technology or solution architecture experience, working with SAP, Teamcenter, SharePoint, Mendix technology systems.
  • Qualification or equivalent in ITIL or extensive relevant experience.
