Job Overview

JAM Recruitment is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support our clients' projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in engineering and quality governance to take their career to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our Operational Framework and Code of Practice. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and improving Operational Framework and Code of Practice.
  • Supporting third-party inspections and recertification activities.
  • Defining and monitoring KPIs to measure performance and efficiency of processes.
  • Maintaining cross-functional communication channels across the business.
  • Identifying and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assessing the impact of proposed changes and implementing them in a controlled manner.
  • Encouraging transparency, standardisation, and consistency to drive cultural change.
  • Reviewing governance structures and arrangements to ensure they deliver appropriate levels of responsibility, accountability, efficiency, and effectiveness.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £114,502 based on a 37-hour workweek and £55.25 per hour (Umbrella Rate - Inside IR35).
