About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building our branch, market share, and reputation in the Durham Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registering applicants, matching requirements, and maintaining accurate records
  • Arranging viewing appointments and gathering valuable feedback
  • Negotiating with potential buyers to achieve successful sales outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with sellers and prospective buyers
  • Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts to ensure seamless transactions
  • Staying up-to-date with local market trends to provide expert market appraisals
  • Launching properties to the market and seeking new sales opportunities
  • Creating engaging marketing content to showcase our properties
  • Utilizing social media and other marketing channels to reach a wider audience
  • Achieving sales targets and meeting financial services referral targets
  • Performing general administrative duties to support the team
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in estate agency, with a strong background in sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • A dynamic and proactive approach to sales, with a passion for property and a desire to succeed
  • Strong IT skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • A full UK driving license and ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and Saturdays
