Care and Education Assistant for PMLD Students

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Care and Education Assistant to join our team.
Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity to work with students who have profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and very challenging behaviour, supporting their complex medical and educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide dedicated care and support to students with PMLD and challenging behaviour, working closely with teaching and support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualised education plans, promoting academic and personal growth in students.
- Mitrofanoff training and qualifications are essential for this role.
- A child and adult DBS certificate registered on the update service is required.
