Job Description

This Teaching Assistant role involves supporting students with SEMH needs in a dynamic SEN school setting. The ideal candidate will possess experience working with challenging behaviour and SEMH students, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualised support to students with SEMH needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to deliver a tailored curriculum.
  • Contribute to the development of student-centred plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support students in class, during break times, and in one-to-one settings.
  2. Assist in maintaining a calm and focused learning environment.
  3. Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.

£90+ per day (DOE), location: Wembley, London.
