We are seeking a Special Educational Needs and Disability Coordinator Assistant to join our team at Clarus Education. The successful candidate will work under the instruction and guidance of teaching staff to implement agreed programmes of work, both in and out of the classroom.

Responsibilities:

  • To contribute to inclusive education by helping students access the curriculum, participate in the wider life of the school, and make expected progress.
  • To promote and support inclusion in all curriculum and extracurricular activities by encouraging and facilitating participation and learning.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
