Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in Dover. As a Senior Support Worker, you will work closely with our management team to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
We offer a rewarding salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, with opportunities for overtime and enhancements. Our benefits package includes enhanced evening and weekend pay, premium overtime rates, and access to Wagestream.
About the JobThe successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care and experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex needs. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
