">We are seeking a highly experienced Care Services Director to join our team at Henmarth Limited.
As a senior member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services to service users in Dover, Kent.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our service users receive high-quality care and support that meets their individual needs and preferences.

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
At least 5 years of experience in care management or a related field.
A strong understanding of care principles and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional care and support to vulnerable individuals.
