People Promise Implementation Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a People Promise Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and embedding all elements of the NHS People Promise within our organisation. This will involve working collaboratively across the organisation and ICS, as well as with other designated People Promise Managers, to maximise opportunities to retain staff across the NHS and Social Care.
The post holder will also be responsible for building strong relationships with the Regional Retention Manager and colleagues in the National Retention Programme, as well as operating on a matrix basis, managed by the ICS Retention SRO.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a master's level education or equivalent level of experience in a senior role in a specialist area. They will also have experience of working in the field of HR, Organisational Development, Workforce, Staff Experience/Engagement, Retention or equivalent.
The successful candidate will be able to analyse and interpret complex data, such as the NHS Staff Survey, and develop a range of options to improve staff experience and retention. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
