About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a People Promise Implementation Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and embed all elements of the NHS People Promise within our organisation.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation and Integrated Care Systems to maximise opportunities to retain staff across the NHS and Social Care.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues in other organisations regionally and nationally to share best practices and learn from each other.
- Operate on a matrix basis, managed by the ICS Retention SRO, and contribute to the development of retention policy and practice.
