Financial Manager

Your new company is a growing tech-based business with a strong presence in Poole. As a result of their expansion, they are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their tight-knit team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day financial management, including cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage a small finance/admin team and ensure efficient month-end closures.
- Prepare financial accounts for audit compliance and handle journal postings and intercompany accounts.
- Analyse KPIs and collaborate with management teams for future forecasting.
- Lead technical accounting projects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in month-end and year-end processes, with a strong understanding of audit processes.
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel.
