Our client, a growing technology business based in Poole, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance function, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day financial management of the business, including cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage the finance/admin team and ensure efficient month-end closures.
- Prepare financial accounts for audit compliance and lead technical accounting projects.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop future forecasting and business strategies.
- Proven experience in month-end and year-end accounting, with a strong understanding of audit processes.
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel.
