Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide support to the site leadership team during the next phase of growth
  2. Support the drive of Commercial & Operational initiatives
  3. Drive sustainable margin improvement and cost reduction projects
  4. Review all capital proposals to ensure they are financially sound
  5. Ensure accurate forecasting of capital project spend and benefits
  6. Daily and weekly KPI reporting
  7. Overall responsibility for monthly site management accounts
  8. Ensure strong overhead control across all functions
  9. Review and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  10. Regular forecasting of site performance
  11. Annual budgeting of site performance
  12. Monitor internal controls to ensure they are robust and effective
  13. Lead the onsite finance team
Requirements
  1. Finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW etc)
  2. Advanced excel skills
  3. Natural leader
  4. Great communicator and comfortable with liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  5. Proven track record of driving business performance
  6. ERP knowledge
  7. FMCG experience
