Social Worker for Vulnerable Families

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team in Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our Adolescent Services, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most. You will be working closely with young people aged 13 and above, providing essential services and support to help them navigate life's challenges.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, parenting capacity, and environmental factors that impact young people's lives. You will be able to maintain high-quality records, write clear and concise reports, and build strong relationships with children, young people, and their families.
