About the Role

The GAP Group is seeking a highly skilled Account Administrator to join our team in Glasgow. As an Account Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of business between our Major Account customers and the GAP Group.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain spreadsheets to track customer information and business activity
  • Manage telephone enquiries from customers and GAP employees, obtaining detailed information as required
  • Produce weekly reports to provide insights into business performance
  • Raise contracts and authorise purchase order invoices in line with customer agreements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced accounts administration environment
  • A sound working knowledge of the power industry
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise your workload to meet competing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with experience of analysing data and producing high-quality reports
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office packages, specifically Excel and Word
