Veterinary Nursing Education Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced veterinary nurse to join our team as a Learning Practitioner in Veterinary Nursing at Northumberland College.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the industry, a passion for developing others, and relevant qualifications such as Level 2 Maths and English.

As a Learning Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, mentoring and supporting them in their studies, and contributing to the development of new curriculum content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures and tutorials on veterinary nursing principles and practices.
  • Mentor and support students in their studies, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Develop and implement new curriculum content to ensure our programs remain current and relevant.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging and effective learning materials.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus a generous holiday allowance of 35-48 days per year, plus public holidays.
