Agriculture Expert

We are seeking a qualified Agriculture Learning Practitioner to join our team at Northumberland College.

The successful candidate will have current industry experience and be eager to impart their knowledge and ignite enthusiasm for sustainable farming, innovative techniques, and the vital role agriculture plays in our world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality learning programs in agriculture, engineering, and animal care.
• Maintain and improve the college's working livestock farm and extensive woods and natural environments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent student outcomes and a supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Level 3 agriculture qualification and Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the agriculture industry and its applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
