The Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Trainer/Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our learning and development department, you will play a vital role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our students.
Responsibilities:
">As a Trainer/Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. You will work closely with our instructional design team to develop engaging course materials and ensure that our programs meet the highest standards.
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. A strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
