Key Responsibilities:

  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers.
  5. Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  6. Work closely with the business development team to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  4. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  5. High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
  6. Strong knowledge about telecom/ICT/IT products and services.
