Job Description
The Field Service Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of our services to clients across various sectors. This involves leading a team of field service engineers and technicians, ensuring seamless installation and maintenance of our energy solutions.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in field service management, preferably in the energy sector. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of field service engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality services to clients
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of energy solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve processes
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, or environmental science)
- Proven experience in field service management, preferably in the energy sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
