We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Sustainability Consultant to join our team in the UK. As an Environmental Sustainability Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the development of environmentally friendly infrastructure projects.

About Our Team

AECOM's Environment & Sustainability business has a workforce of over 730 staff across the UK and Republic of Ireland, providing environment and sustainability solutions for public and private sector clients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary environmental inputs across a wide range of infrastructure development projects. This includes working with clients and design teams to identify environmental constraints, avoid impacts and develop solutions, as well as delivering benefits where possible.

  • Coordinating the preparation of environmental assessment reports
  • Post-planning consent support to projects (including during project construction and operation)

Our team is at the forefront of delivering Environmental Impact Assessments for nationally significant infrastructure projects that provide for our future. Key projects include sustainable energy generation and distribution and water distribution.
