About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Impact Specialist to join our team in delivering high-profile marine projects across the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental impact assessments, marine consenting, and project management. They will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality deliverables, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of marine projects, from offshore wind farms to coastal developments. You will have the chance to develop your skills in leading business development opportunities and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality environmental impact assessments and consenting reports
  • Manage client relationships and internal teams to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with technical experts to identify environmental constraints and mitigation solutions
  • Develop and implement project plans to meet budget and deadline requirements
  • Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Estimated Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 per annum

Requirements:
  • Strong background in environmental impact assessments and marine consenting
  • Project management experience, including programming and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science or engineering
