The Role

As a Technical Support Officer, you'll be key in delivering first-class technical assistance to our clients. You'll be the go-to person for resolving issues and providing expert advice on our range of electrical protection products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for electrical circuit protection products
  • Assist customers with product selection, installation, and operation queries
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and FAQs
  • Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients and internal staff
  • Process technical support requests through various channels and ensure timely resolution
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and technological advancements

The Ideal Candidate:

You are an experienced professional in the electrical industry with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You will have:

  • Proven experience in the electrical industry, with a focus on circuit protection
  • Strong understanding of electrical principles and product functionality
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using technical support tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in electrical engineering or related fields or previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred
