Job Title: Technical Support Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Technician to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers across the UK. You will be based in our new purpose-built hub and will work remotely from the control centre, managing each of our sites.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers across the UK
* Monitor refueling stations
* Liaise with engineers and customers
* Work a four on four off shift pattern
