About the Role
Clarus Education Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Supporting Education and Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities and Requirements
Your key responsibilities will include providing individualized support to children with special educational needs, developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment. To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Teaching Assistant or related role, a solid understanding of special educational needs, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
