Supporting Students with Special Needs

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Remedy Education. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans for students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support students in building social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and well-being.
Compensation and Benefits

This role comes with a salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and training.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in an SEN setting.
  • Strong knowledge of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
