We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Hensel Electric UK Ltd in High Wycombe.

Job Summary:

  • This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and coordinating various office activities.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using software packages such as Excel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Manage sales forecasting activity, updating sales turnover on a regular basis through liaison with the sales team.
  • Update aged debtors, invoices, and allocate payments on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Deal with incoming emails and posts, and sometimes correspond on behalf of the Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an office administrative role, preferably with experience of working with SAGE or similar order management packages.
  • Proficiency in using Windows packages, including Excel, is essential.
  • Experience of dealing with customer enquiries, order processing, and general admin tasks is desirable.
  • Bookkeeping/accountancy knowledge/experience would be advantageous.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
